In this client-facing role you will work with a range of companies to translate requirements into effective working solutions – leading API integration and configuration set ups. The new Implementation Consultant will take full ownership of the implementation lifecycle.
What you’ll be doing
- Gathering requirements and mapping business processes
- End-to-end Technical Implementations
- Designing solutions and configuring the platform
- Supporting integrations (APIs, data mapping, troubleshooting)
- Working closely with clients, technical teams, and stakeholders
- Supporting testing, training, and successful go-lives
What they’re looking for
- 5+ years in software implementation
- Strong experience with APIs, integrations, and data
- Ability to bridge business and technical conversations
- Confident stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with SaaS platforms.
- SQL, JSON, XML knowledge
- Exposure to tools like JIRA or Confluence
