Senior Recruiter, Contract Lead - Technology
Location: Altrincham (3 days per week)
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + strong commission

NearTech Search is a growing specialist technology recruitment business operating across high-growth AI, Software Engineering, Data and Cloud markets – we focus on niche in demand technologies with huge potential for growth.

We’re looking for an experienced technology contract recruiter to join and build a brand-new contracts division alongside our established permanent recruitment team. Now is the perfect time for someone who already has a few years of experience to join a growing company and work within an innovative and growing technology market.

This is a genuine opportunity to create, shape and scale a high-performing contracts desk within exciting and innovative technology markets, with the backing of an experienced technology recruitment leader and an existing client base that already offers strong cross-sell opportunities for contract solutions.
You’ll have the autonomy to build the desk your way while working closely with permanent recruitment counterparts covering the same markets and clients.

The new Contract Lead will…
  • First and foremost build out their own Contract book.
  • Build and scale a new technology contract recruitment desk
  • Develop contract solutions across existing NearTech client accounts
  • Win and grow new business within AI, Software, Data & Cloud markets
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Help shape the long-term contracts strategy for the business
  • Opportunity to build and lead a successful contracts team over time
   
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience within technology contract recruitment (2+ years)
  • Strong business development and client management skills
  • Ambition to build and grow a contracts function
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with a wider team
What’s On Offer
  • £40,000 - £50,000 base salary
  • Strong uncapped commission structure (paid monthly & quarterly)
  • Hybrid working (3 days per week in Altrincham)
