The new Technical Lead will play a pivotal role in empowering users to connect, share, and find support in their mental health journey. This will be a very hands-on full stack engineering lead role to start with, turning into a more team / squad leadership position as your team grows.
Tech Lead Responsibilities:
- Leading the full development and architecture of consumer-facing applications, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
- Recruiting, building, and managing a team of purpose-led engineers while remaining hands-on in development and architecture.
- Ensuring stability, scalability, and maintainability of core products, adhering to industry best practices.
- Driving the end-to-end development process and refining the tech-stack roadmap for future-proofing and evolution.
Experienced required:
- Proven (hands-on) leadership experience in full-stack engineering, preferably within a dynamic startup or scale-up environment, working for a tech company who have experienced success & growth.
- Experience in transitioning software development from external to in-house teams and working with third parties.
- Proficiency in frontend technologies such as React.js & Next.js.
- Strong understanding of backend technologies like C#.NET, Java, Golang.
- Product-centric mindset, solving user and business problems with data-driven precision.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and/or GCP.
