I began my Tech Recruitment career back in 2010 and it's fair to say that a lot has changed in the world since then. I love the tech industry because it's always evolving and whilst that brings challenges for me it brings opportunity - to adapt how we service our customers and also stay on the front foot in an ever changing tech landscape.

I've always really enjoyed working with innovative tech-driven companies who want the best tech talent to help achieve their goals, I equally enjoy working with tech experts to secure new roles where they can have a real impact. I'm a big believer in a '360' recruitment approach where you really get to know your customer-base. Candidates and clients are equally important if you are to become a genuine expert within your niche. For most of my career I've been a hands-on leader, building out my own successful tech markets whilst also managing and growing great teams. I've been lucky to learn from excellent business leaders and help develop some fantastic recruiters, many of which have gone on to become successful leaders themselves.




Louise has been working with Recruiter Labs as the Finance Director since its creation, she’s responsible for the running of the finance function across the entire group. With over 20 years of finance experience and having worked in the recruitment industry for over 10 years, Louise has the experience and knowledge to implement efficient finance processes to support your business.




Chantal is a passionate senior leader with a proven track record of building brands from inception through to delivery and rolling out internationally across various industries. With a keen eye for detail and a special interest in design, brand and experience and how these converge to create the ultimate in client service and satisfaction.


Tom B


Tom has over 15 years in senior management, and board level marketing roles for large portfolio business. He has vast experience in managing marketing strategy, scalable organic growth, integration and brand development of multiple business and acquisitions in fast paced, high growth businesses.

There are a vast amount of areas within marketing that recruiters, if on their own, would need to plan and execute. However, working with Tom and the marketing team means that a lot of the strategic planning of scaling your business through your brand is in safe hands. In turn, this then allows you to focus on what you do best – build your business through billing.
